Fresh and Easy Blueberry Pie

1 pkg of 2 pie crusts ( local freezer section)
3 cups of fresh (or frozen) blueberries, rinsed and drained
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup all-purpose flour (for thickening)
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp butter cut into small pieces
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk

Directions:  Thaw the frozen pie crust.  Mix the Blueberries, lemon juice, flour, sugar, cinnamon together and place in pie crust.  Remove the other pie crust from its pan and place over the berries (making a closed pie).  Whisk the egg and milk together and brush over the top layer of pie crust.  Take a knife and make 4 slits in the top of the pie.  Cook 20 minutes at 425 degrees.  Reduce heat to 325 degrees for an additional 30 minutes.  *Serve with your favorite ice cream or by itself.
