Breaded Pork Chops with Sour Cream Sauce


4 thin pork chops
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
¼ cup white wine
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
½ cup chopped mushrooms
1 small onion chopped
1-1/2 tbs olive oil
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbs Worchester sauce

Directions: Saute onions in olive oil.  In three separate bowls add the milk, bread crumbs and flour.  Dip the chops in milk first and then into the flour, dip in milk again and then into breadcrumbs.  Season each side with seasonings and add chops to pan with onions,  Cook chops 3 min on each side.  Add the wine onto the side of the chops and cover with lid. Let wine reduce and add sour cream.  Add the mushrooms and Worchester sauce.  Simmer on low until mushrooms are soft.
