Broccoli Rice Casserole


2 cups Frozen broccoli (chopped)
3 cups instant rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ¼ cups water
1 16 oz package of processed American cheese cubes
½ cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1 tbs butter
1 bunch celery (chopped)
1 large onion


Directions: Cook broccoli and rice according to package instructions, heat oven to 350 degrees.  In small saucepan over low heat- mix soup, water, gradually stir in cheese.  Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat and sauté celery and onion until soft.  In a large mixing bowl combine the broccoli, rice, soup, cheese mix and onions.  Pour into baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake 45 minutes or until bubbly brown.
