Chilies Rellenos Casserole

3 eggs, seperated
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
2 cans whole green chilies
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 ounces shredded jack cheese
sour cream
guacamole
salsa

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine eggs, flour, milk and salt and whisk.  Set aside.  Melt butter in medium skillet, add onion and cook until tender.  Drain chilies and slit each lengthwise (removing seeds).  place 1 ounce of cheese and 1 tbsp onion in each chili.  Place chilies in single layer in a greased 13X9 inch baking dish.  Pur egg mixture over the chilies and bake 20-25 minutes.  Place in broiler for 30 seconds until top is golden brown. Serve with sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
