Creamy Seafood Pasta
1pkg. Linguini (cook according to package directions)
1 cup chopped belle mushrooms
1 medium onion chopped
1 lb shrimp (tails removed)
1 ib scallops
1 16 oz. sour cream
½ cup milk or heavy whipping cream
1 tbs flour
1 tbs olive oil
¼ cup parmesan cheese
2 tsp pepper
1 garlic glove chopped
1 tsp salt
1tsp parsley
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp season salt
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt

Directions: Cook Pasta, In large skillet add oil and sauté onions, add mushrooms and cook till soft on low heat.  Add shrimp & scallops- season with season salt.  Cook 1-2 minutes and add milk, ¼ cup sour cream, flour, seasonings and thicken.  Add parmesan cheese and simmer till thick to your liking.
