Homemade Sugar Free Oatmeal Cookies
You can make homemade sugar free cookies for your loved ones with special diet needs. Here's what you need:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup honey
- 1 apple
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 apple
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups of splenda
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine honey, egg, vanilla, applesauce and butter in medium bowl. Remove skin from apple, core and cut into small pieces. Add all dry ingredients to bowl. Mix and add the fruit. Stir well. Place dropfulls of batter onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
