Hunan Chili
1 pd beef steak cut into slices
1 tbsp corn starch
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp dry sherry
2 tsp brown sugar
1 jalapeno chopped
3 green onions cut into 1 inch sections
1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 garlic gloves minced
1 tsp hot chili oil
Directions: Blend soy sauce, cornstarch, veg oil, sherry and sugar in medium bowl. Add beef and toss to coat. Heat wok and toss vegetables, oil and beef together until desired doneness.
