Choosing what to serve for a dinner party can sometimes be a daunting task.  The first thing to do is to decide on a theme.

  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • American
  • Go Green
  • Chinese
Once you have your theme you can develop your menu items and decorating tips around the theme.
For Example:  Spanish theme- Cook up some tapas ( appetizers) for sharing and a mix of Sangria.  Play some Spanish music in the background and decorate with vibrant colors.

An inexpensive way to entertain the extended family without breaking the bank - serve brunch!  Create a smorgasbord of Eggs, sausage, pancakes and BLT sandwiches with a few vegetables and dip trays.  This is a great way to spend quality time with family in a relaxed atmosphere and you'll be done with entertaining by mid afternoon so you can relax!
