Pepper Stuffed Flank
1 pd flank steak

1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 cups thinly sliced bell peppers
1 onion sliced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup worcester sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
2 garlic gloves chopped

Cut steak in half lengthwise and season with salt and pepper. Arrange onions and bell pepper on steak leaving 1/2 inch edge.  Roll up jelly roll style.  In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.  Cook steak on grill basting with sauce.  Cook to desired tenderness and temperature.
