Simple Tuna Casserole
2-3 cans chunk light tuna in water
1 can peas
1 pkg egg yolk noodles
½ cup French fried onions
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1tsp Worchester sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
Salt
Pepper
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Place drained noodles in casserole dish, add peas, tuna, seasonings, Worchester, parmesean, ¼ cup Monterey jack cheese, ¼ cup French onions, soup and milk. Stir together. Top with remaining French onions and Cheese. Cook 30 minutes. You may also microwave for 10 minutes.
